BodyTree Academy Pilates Matwork Group Practice Sessions

These classes are taught by Senior Pilates Teachers. The classes are offered to BTA trainees for them to clock in their physical practice hours, under guidance from our Senior Pilates Teachers.

For Trainees, these classes can be used to count towards the Self Practice requirement. Trainees are also entitled to a subsidised rate. Members of public interested in the BodyTree Academy method are welcome to join, but do note that these classes are not beginner friendly.
