This package is used for Group Matwork classes led by Apprentices.

Each class is a 55 minute Pilates Matwork group class taught by our BodyTree Academy Pilates Teacher Trainees. These classes are small group classes, limited to a maximum of 5, with a minimum of 4 pax to start the class. By attending our apprentice-led classes, you play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of aspiring Pilates instructors. You become a part of their journey as they gain practical teaching experience and refine their abilities.

This package is used for Group Matwork classes led by Senior Pilates Teachers.

For Trainees, these classes can be used to count towards the Self Practice requirement. Trainees are also entitled to a subsidised rate.

These classes are also open to public, but as these classes are used by trainees to clock in their physical training hours guided by Senior Pilates Teachers, these classes are NOT beginner friendly. They are suitable for experienced Pilates practitioners and those interested in experiencing the BodyTree Academy style and teacher training.

Private Pilates Sessions taught by BTA Apprentices

These are customised 1-1 sessions with our apprentices pursuing their Reformer or Comprehensive Teacher Training certification. You have an option to pay for a trial session, and if you wish to pursue our packages they are sold as a package of 10 sessions.
